Intelligent Design is very pleased to announce their third project in the Mill Creek Residential Trust family, Modera Dadeland, located in Kendall, Florida. Intelligent Design will be providing Control4 Smart Automation and Entertainment Amenities to the property, including music and TVs throughout the lounge, fitness center, pool area, game rooms, and common areas.
