Intelligent Design Contracted for Windmill Farms by Landmark Development

We are pleased to announce Intelligent Design has been contracted by Landmark Development to contribute to their newest upcoming property: Windmill Farms. This will be our eighth collaboration with Landmark, and as always, we are looking forward to enhancing this beautiful project!

Intelligent Design will be providing Audio and Video throughout the common areas and amenity spaces, as well as Surveillance Cameras providing coverage for the entire property. Everything will be easily and elegantly controlled by Control4 Automation.

Windmill Farms will consist of nine 3-story buildings, featuring 278 units, designed by Forum Architecture and Interior Design. Windmill Farms will be located in the South Dade neighborhood of Princeton.
