Intelligent Design Contracted for Sunset Harbour South Community Room

Intelligent Design is proud to announce we have been contracted to enhance the remodel of the Sunset Harbour South Community Room. The scope includes the conference room, gym, party area and lounge, along with a dining area. The project will introduce a robust network, with all new audio and video features being controlled through a Control4 smart system.

Miami firm Building Center 3 created the design for the 2,000 SF interior remodel, focusing on comfort and elegance. Long overdue for an update, the need for a renovation was accelerated by recent flood damage. We have collaborated with BC3 previously, and are looking forward to contributing to this gorgeous space.

About Building Center Number 3:

Building Center No.3 (BC3) is a group of interdisciplinary design professionals occupying the space where research, performance and aesthetics converge. Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape Design are the three principal creative disciplines that help shape the built environment.
