Intelligent Design Contracted For Fair Oaks By Landmark Development

We are pleased to announce Intelligent Design has been contracted by Landmark Development to contribute to their newest upcoming property: Fair Oaks. This will be our seventh collaboration with Landmark, and as always, we are looking forward to enhancing this beautiful project!

Intelligent Design will be providing Audio and Video throughout the common areas and amenities, as well as Surveillance Cameras providing coverage for the entire property. Everything will be easily and elegantly controlled by Control4 Automation.

Fair Oaks will be a 120 unit rental community located in South Miami-Dade at  29003 S. Dixie Highway.
