Intelligent Design Contracted for City Place Dania Beach

We are pleased to announce Intelligent Design has been contracted by Landmark Development to contribute to their newest upcoming property: City Place Dania Beach. This will be our ninth collaboration with Landmark, and as always, we are looking forward to enhancing this beautiful project!

Intelligent Design will be providing Audio and Video throughout the common areas and amenity spaces, as well as Surveillance Cameras providing coverage for the entire property. Everything will be easily and elegantly controlled by Control4 Automation.

City Place Dania Beach is a 99 unit complex located at 59 SW 3rd Avenue. It will be an 8 story building, with 2500 sf of commercial space.
