Intelligent Design Contracted for Boulevard Gardens

We are pleased to announce Intelligent Design has been contracted by Landmark Development to contribute to their newest upcoming property: Boulevard Gardens. This will be our eleventh collaboration with Landmark, and as always, we are looking forward to enhancing this beautiful project!

Intelligent Design will provide Audio and Video throughout the common areas and amenity spaces, as well as Surveillance Cameras providing coverage for the entire property. Everything will be easily and elegantly controlled by Control4 Automation.

Boulevard Gardens is a two building complex located at 159 NW 27th Ave, in Broward County.
