Intelligent Design Contracted for Autumn Ridge

We are pleased to announce Intelligent Design has been contracted by Landmark Development to contribute to their newest upcoming property: Autumn Ridge. This will be our tenth collaboration with Landmark, and as always, we are looking forward to enhancing this beautiful project!

Intelligent Design will be providing Audio and Video throughout the common areas and amenity spaces, as well as Surveillance Cameras providing coverage for the entire property. Everything will be easily and elegantly controlled by Control4 Automation.

Autumn Ridge is a 106 unit complex located at 1580 North Congress Ave, in West Palm Beach.
